The Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (AUWSA) is a legally established entity responsible for the overall operations and management of water supply and sanitation services in Arusha City. It is among of the best Authorities in Tanzania.
The core function of the Authority is to deliver excellent water supply and sanitation services for all categories of customers and stakeholders in Arusha City.
In order to attain its vision and mission, AUWSA is seeking to recruit dynamic, experienced, competent and qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacant posts within the Authority's establishment.

Sewerage Engineer- (1 Vacant Post).
Appointing Authority: Management Committee.
Reports To: Technical Manager.

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

The successful applicant must be have:
Holder of Form IV/VI certificate.
Holder of Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering,
Sanitary or Water Resources Engineering from a recognized Institution
Must be registered by the Engineers Registration Board as a Professional Engineer.
The Candidate must have working experience of at more than four (4) years in a relevant field.
Employment Terms: Three years Contract= Renewable upon satisfactorily performance.

Construction Engineer - (1 Vacant Post)
Appointing Authority: Management Committee.
Reports To: Technical Manager.
Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

The successful applicant must be / have:
Holder of Form IV / VI certificate.
Holder of Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanic
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering
Sanitary or Water Resources Engineering from a recognize Institution
Must be registered by the Engineers Registration Board as Professional Engineer.
The Candidate must have working experience of at more than four (4) years in a relevant field.
Employment Terms: Three years Contract - Renewable upon satisfactorily performance.

Head of Credit Control Section - (1 Vacant Post) .
Appointing Authority: Management Committee.
Reports To: Customer Services Manager.

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:
The 'successful applicant must be / have:
Holder of Form IV / VI certificate.
Holder of Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration
(Accounts or Finance); Marketing Economic Planning, Statistic; or B.Com from a recognized Institution.
The Candidate must have working experience of at least eight Years in a relevant field of which at least two (2) years should be in a senior position.
Employment Terms: Three years Contract - Renewable upon satisfactorily performance.

Head of Internal Audit Unit - (1 Vacant Post)
Appointing Authority: Board of Directors.
Reports To: Managing Director

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

The successful applicant must be / have:
Holder of Form IV / VI certificate.
Holder of a Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration (majoring in Accounting) from a recognized Institution.
Must has a full professional qualification (CPA (T), ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) from a recognized Institution and registered by NBAA under Associate or Fellow category.
The Candidate must have working experience of at least eight
years in a relevant field of-which at least two (2) years should be in a senior position.
Employment Terms: Three years Contract, Renewable upon satisfactorily performance.

Technical Manager - (1 Vacant Post)
Appointing Authority: Board of Directors.
Reports to: Managing Director

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

The successful applicant must be / have:
Holder of Form IV / VI certificate.
Holder of a Master Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Environment, Wafer, Sanitary or Sewerage Management) from a recognized Institution.
Must be registered by the Engineers Registration Board as a Professional Engineer.
The Candidate must have working experience of at least ten (10) years in a relevant field of which at least two (2) years should be in a senior position.
