Human resource directory the incumbent will act in direct partnership with business and functional elders as a key enable in all areas related to people with a view to maximize performance and support the delivery of BU objectives through the reactions and implantation of appropriate and organizational solutions
The right candidates will have a deep understanding of the global market place competitive position and commercial drivers for complex large scale business use business acumen to translate the business unity strategy into a clear people agenda within the direction set by the bank and global HR functions for business with multiple core lines of business

Other responsibilities include but not limited to

Uses analytics data and trends internationally and externally to diagnoses business unit issues and recommend effectives solutionsManage external network and is well connected in the appropriate bodies to shape the external perception of Barclays to be in the position to attract influence in the market placeArticle strategy and is able to translate into actions and results for the functionsWorks with the business unit leadership t identify and develop talent and robust succession for the areaSupport the drive major change and HR projectsEnsure the development of high performance team through embedding formal performance development and informal coachingEstablish and maintain succession plan for the team using the form talent management process

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
B-degree with preference for commerce 10 years experience in leading the hr agenda for medium/larges business
