Indirect Sales: Mobile Manager
Role Purpose
Provide commercial support to the SME Segment and ensure alignment with Vodacom EBU strategy.
Use Customer intelligence, market sizing and revenue data to identify revenue growth opportunities
Analyze channel, segment and product performance to improve efficiency and increase ARPU
Perform all financial administration, cost management and efficiency analysis to remain profitable
Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities
Segment Revenue and Profitability Analysis:
Analyze monthly & Y-o-Y revenue growth to understand the key drivers of SME revenue and margins
Insight and recommendation into improving revenue performance
Understand Product usage and tariff mix including Product Performance against projected revenues
Generate a management report detailing analysis, findings and recommendations
Customer Base Analysis and Maintenance
Insight into customer segments and customer base management
Guide approach to customer value management and prioritization
Identify risks in key accounts & growth opportunities
