ICL Specialty Fertilizers (SF) is looking for Sales and marketing manager responsible for business growth and business operation in Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities:
To develop a full business and sales plan and drive full implementationTo establish contacts with key players, government offices, agriculture unions and manage relationships with business partners, and NGO officials in relations to ICLSF Businesses and ProjectsTo create/maintain a distribution networkTo manage the team in TanzaniaTo explore long-term opportunities and synergiesTo identify market failures and bottlenecks and find the proper solutions
Requirements:
Education: An academic degree in Agronomy (Advantage), or Law, or Business management or EconomyProfessional Experience: At least 3 years' experience in Tanzania or Kenya in sales and marketing management positionExperience working for a global company is an advantageCritical knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the regional business environment/markets including experience with contracts and negotiationsExperience with Agriculture supplies businesses – an advantage.
