Job description
To provide support to the Retail Banking business in the formulation of strategy and marketing plans, and budgets, producing a detail profitability review of existing products, new initiatives, including forecasting.Provide financial input on new products, new initiatives and assist in the drafting of PAR for the business.Analyse and interpret the operational and competitive trends likely to affect the business operations, including performance gaps and suggested remedial action.Actively review and assist in planning business costs to ensure value for money and a lean cost base.Manage the Bank's Management Accounting Systems for the accurate and timely collation, analysis and dissemination of information.Produce and manage (in consultation with the hub and Chennai) reports required for management reporting and in effective control of the Liquidity and Market Risk of the Bank.Assist Business Unit Head and Finance Operational Risk Manager (FORM) in coordinating, driving and directing effective compliance and operational risk management at the business unit level.mplement controls within the business unit to meet all regulatory and internal requirements.Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, periodic monitoring activities and timely resolution of risk issues.
